She clearly explained the cost drivers for nuclear plant construction. Gave specific data on historical projects with breakdowns of significant inputs. Explained how costs can be reduced. Showed examples of effective cost reduction efforts through replication, learning, steady effort, and improved project management. Concluded with a challenge.
